beltergate hosts audio uploaded by its users. We respect copyright and respond to valid notices under the DMCA and the EU Digital Services Act (notice-and-action).

Report infringing content

Email copyright@beltergate.com with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work;
• The gate URL / location of the material;
• Your contact details;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are (or represent) the rights holder;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

We remove or disable access to validly-notified material expeditiously, notify the uploader, and terminate repeat infringers' accounts. We have no obligation to monitor content proactively but act on valid notices.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to copyright@beltergate.com with the required statements; we may restore the material per applicable law.
