These terms govern your use of beltergate, operated by [Legal entity name] ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

beltergate lets you create "download gates": fans complete actions (e.g. follow, repost, like, comment on SoundCloud, or open a link) and then download a file you upload.

Your content & rights

You warrant that you own or control all rights to the audio and other content you upload and distribute through a gate.
You grant us a limited licence to store and serve that content solely to operate your gate.
You are responsible for any fan personal data you collect through a gate (you are its controller; we process it on your behalf — see the Privacy Policy).

Acceptable use

No infringing, illegal, or harmful content.
Do not use the service to generate fake or manipulated engagement, or in any way that violates the terms of SoundCloud, Spotify, or any third-party platform.
No attempts to bypass verification, abuse downloads, or attack the service.

Verification disclaimer

Action verification depends on third-party platforms and undocumented interfaces. It is provided "as is", may be unavailable, delayed, or inaccurate, and may change or stop working at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific action is or remains verified, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by SoundCloud or any platform.

Plans & billing

The Free plan is provided at no cost. Pro is $10/month, billed through Stripe and auto-renewing until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create legal/operational risk.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands (change if your legal entity is elsewhere), and disputes are subject to its courts.
